"With the many challenges facing the grooming and salon industry during the global pandemic, this year’s All-Star Challenge feels more pertinent than ever before. We’re shining a spotlight on talent to aid in driving their careers at a crucial time for the industry and to open the door for both aspiring and established Pros. Every year, I am honored to be part of the All-Star Challenge to give a platform to stylists and groomers, and this year feels even more personal. Our hope is that this competition helps give a creative outlet to the Professionals who may have struggled during this challenging time, while continuing to both inspire and educate students.” – David Raccuglia, Founder, American Crew
